Buyers Agent & Director of Operations

Meet Nicole

As a buyers agent, Nicole finds buyers their perfect house and gives them the keys to make it into their HOME. From determining what they’re looking for to negotiating with the sellers side (including directly with sellers in FSBO deals!), she makes sure clients have an experience with no to minimal worries!

As Director of Operations, Nicole brings her background in office administration and eye for detail by being responsible for client support for the team from contract signing to closing, keeping the team organized, and jumping in whenever and wherever to give our clients the elevated experience they all deserve.

Nicole is a born and raised Quad City native. She is happily married to Kevin and raising their daughter, Elly in Bettendorf along with their dog, Ally.

When Nicole isn’t working you can find her spending time with her family, working on a DIY project, photography, or cheering on her favorite hockey team. Nicole also volunteers with and serves on the board for The Quad City Sled Hockey Association (TQCSHA), a local all ages hockey team for people with disabilities.
